The results of the 2021 Essexian General Election were released earlier today by the Ministry of the Interior, and our predictions have been confirmed; the Royalist Party of Essexia were able to secure seven of the eleven seats in Parliament, with no other party winning more than one each. This is the Royalists’ greatest electoral victory since the 2019 General Election, in which the party won eight seats.
Voting has opened in the Commonwealth of Essexia and Čechsexia to elect a new Parliament. This comes over a year after the last general election, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, due to a decrease in activity compared to last year, this year has seen all candidates for constituency seats automatically become MPs, due to a lack of competition.
